GWR cast iron cabside numberplate 6141 ex Collett 2-6-2 T built at Swindon in 1932. Allocated to Southall, Old Oak Common, Bristol Barrow Road and 85B Gloucester Horton Road from where it was withdrawn in December 1965. Scrapped the following year at Cashmores Newport. In restored condition complete with four original bolts.
