GWR 12, mahogany cased, drop dial Trunk fusee Clock. Bears the ivorine plate 'G.W.R . 2079' on the left side. Original condition including the face which bears ghost GWR lettering and the scarcer Kays in larger than normal lettering. More importantly, beneath the centre and beneath 'Worcester', is the ghost number 'R 1007.' This evidently indicates the fact that it was a Relief Clock, used to fill temporary locations when resident clocks went for repair. Complete with key and pendulum, the clock is in working order. As this came to us with BR(W) 3 aspect Guards Handlamp complete with all aspect glasses and a BR-WR burner and reservoir, we have included this with the lot.
