Great Western Railway cast iron Station Name Letters DEVONPORT, except one 'O' is missing. Three other letters are broken but as recovered from Devonport station. Hollow cast, interestingly the 'V' must have been replaced at some point because it is solid cast and heavier than the rest of the letters. The station was built by the Cornwall Railway and opened on 4 May 1859.
