Great Western Railway 14 inch mahogany cased weight driven clock. The dial has been sympathetically restored with G.W.R block style lettering. The large A frame deadbeat movement with maintaining power originally also drove a slave dial. The mahogany case shows evidence of having its GWR numberplate removed and stands 67in tall. Number 162 is marked on the pendulum bob and also on the back of the dial. In working condition complete with wooden rod pendulum, weight and key. The last known location of this clock was Twyford Station.
