Great Northern Railway 12 inch mahogany cased fusee railway clock with a large rectangular plated chain driven English fusee movement, supplied the GNR by John Walker of London circa 1870. The original dial displays BR(E) 9840 and the case has one side door and a bottom door secured with a brass lock. In working order complete with pendulum and keys. The LNER clock records show this clock as last used at Knebworth Station Signal Cabin and that it was GNR clock number 166.
