Great Eastern Railway 8 inch mahogany cased dial clock supplied by Seth Thomas of Connecticut America circa 1900. The clock retains its original hands and spun brass bezel, but has lost its original GER ivorine numberplate. The dial has been re written in LNER times and the number 2003 has been applied sometime after. The LNER clock records show that clock No 2003 was in use at Hilgay Signal box which was on the line between Ely and Kings Lynn. The Clock is not working and will certainly need some professional repairs.
