Glasgow & South Western Railway 13in dial mahogany cased regulator railway wall clock. The movement has a deadbeat escapement, Harrisons maintaining power and a gut line. The original dial lettered Jas Ritchie & Son Edinburgh has been lightly restored and the mahogany case has also been restored to a good standard. The clock number 1050B has been chalked inside along with various employee signatures. A lovely clock in working condition complete with pendulum and key, ex Paisley Gilmour Street Station. This clock was purchased from Sheffield Railwayana Auctions in October 1994 and was lot number 235. A copy of the catalogue accompanies the lot.
