Cabside Numberplate, ex Diesel Shunter Class 08 number 08239. Built at Darlington in May 1956, it was originally numbered D3309 and allocated to Kings Cross. Withdrawn from Neville Hill in July 1984. This is the battery box cover side and has not been cut, just unbolted.
