Cabside Numberplate 4291, C/I construction. Ex GWR 2-8-0T built Swindon 1921 and allocated new to Newport. By the late 1950's it was at Aberbeeg from where withdrawal took place in September 1962. Only 14 of this class of 100 powerful locomotives carried C/I Cabside Numberplates, 4286 to 4299making this an extremely scarce plate.
