Cabside Numberplate 423 15A, oval brass, ex Rhodesia Railways 3' 6'' gauge Class 15A 4-6-4 + 4-6-4 Garratt built under sub- contract by Franco-Belge in 1952 their works number 2972/Beyer Peacock works number 7564. This loco was one of the locos that double-headed the Royal Train when the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret visited the country in 1953. The two locos were painted glossy black with white-rimmed wheels for the occasion. It was refurbished by ZECO in 1981 and re-entered service with the name Idube (Zebra). Withdrawn 1993 and sold to Wankie Colliery.
