British Railways 'Lion-holding-Wheel' alloy crest as fitted to a BR/EE 25kv Bo-Bo Class 86 Electric Locomotive that operated the London Midland Region, West Coast Main Line between Manchester, Liverpool and London Euston. Mounted on a wooden display board, it is in ex loco condition. The accompanying paperwork supplied to the vendor by the British Railways Board upon presentation, includes reference to E3164 and shows a photograph with crest location clearly visible. However, the vendor does not purport that this particular crest is that shown in the photograph.
