BR(S) Enamel Running In Sign SLINFOLD, unflanged. Ex LBSCR station between Guildford and Horsham, often referred to as the 'Cranleigh Line'. Opened in 1865 and closed just short of its centenary, on 12th June 1965. Measures 60 x 12 and is in quite superb condition. A colour photograph is taped to the back, taken in May 1965 of 41301, departing from the south end of the station and showing this very sign. A rare chance to acquire an enamel sign from this elusive line let alone Slinfold.
