Banbury & Cheltenham Railway hand coloured, linen backed plan of proposed route, dated 17th August 1876 showing parishes of Cheltenham, Dowdeswell, Withington, Upper Slaughter, Lower Slaughter, Sevenhampton, Shipton Ollife, Naunton etc.and all the land owners who would be involved in the purchase of such to enable the railway to be built. A large, meandering plan that would have required an enormous drawing office table to lay out. Bears later, GWR stamps and many, many annotations. Incredibly rare and in need of care when viewing. Condition is good considering age and needs to sorted into geographical order.
